Terms & Conditions

The current THBD policies, updated 2 September 2026, are the source of truth for this toolkit.

Digital product purchase

The Healthy Home Toolkit is currently AUD $49. SHARE20 applies 20% off this toolkit. Payment is not enabled in this preview, and access is not granted by a checkout form or an order-confirmation URL.

Educational guidance, not professional assessment

The toolkit provides general building and interior design education. It does not provide medical, psychological or allied health advice, diagnosis or treatment. A score is an educational self-assessment, not an inspection, certification or proof that a home is safe or unsafe.

Using the toolkit

Use your confirmed purchase email for passwordless access. Assessment progress is saved on this device only. For building changes, obtain necessary permissions and advice from qualified professionals.

Consumer guarantees

Australian Consumer Law rights are preserved. See the current THBD Terms and our purchase and consumer-rights page.
