Your Australian Consumer Law rights remain

Nothing in the THBD Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Where a product or service fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy such as repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation. Any voluntary change-of-mind or cancellation policy is additional to these rights.
