Information for your purchase and access

Customer details, order information and access status are used to administer your purchase. Assessment answers and notes currently remain in your browser on this device, separate from purchase and marketing records. Do not enter medical diagnoses or sensitive health information.

Free Healthy Home Check

The free check stores your first name, email, educational answers and results in Lovable Cloud so we can provide your results and administer the check. Please do not provide medical information. Consent for one optional follow-up is separate, unchecked and recorded with its wording and date. This check does not add you to an ongoing mailing list. Brevo may process email communications when a THBD sender is configured. Contact hello@thbd.com.au to request access, correction, deletion or withdraw consent.

Marketing is your choice

Marketing consent is optional and recorded with its date and wording version. Only explicit opt-ins may be sent to the THBD Wix mailing list. Purchasing does not subscribe you. Marketing emails must identify THBD and provide an unsubscribe option.

Service providers and your rights

Limited information may be shared with providers supporting payments, account access and communications; some may process data overseas. For access, correction or privacy complaints, contact hello@thbd.com.au.
